The butterfly damper is a type of damper behind the valve for all types of round valves, including flat roof round valve, roof raised round valve, egg basket round valve, jet nozzle and jet diffusers, which is used to adjust the volume of air exiting or entering the valve. Also, sometimes, due to the lack of space in the air transmission channels and plenums, a propeller damper can be used independently and without a valve in the outlet or inlet that is installed on the channel to adjust the air volume.
Half plate damper:

Half plate dampers are installed on round and square valves. Due to the opening of the damper blade, this model is used as an air damper in the parts of the channel that cannot be branched. When installing the vane, it should be in such a way that it directs the air towards the valve when it opens.
