Industrial channel dampers are manufactured by Shahrokhi Technical Institute in two shapes, round and square.
Indications:
- In oil, gas, petrochemical, nuclear power plants and other heavy industries
- Made of carbon steel sheet, galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet and stainless steel sheet
Features of industrial channel damper:
- These dampers are designed independently without any restrictions in terms of size, material, flow and pressure.
- Due to the industrial structure, they have high strength and are designed according to strong air currents with high flow rate and pressure.
- If requested, the leakage can be minimized by adding insulation strips between the two walls of the edges of the blades.
- These dampers can be controlled manually or by motor.
- The shape of the airfoil blade profile minimizes the pressure drop on the blades. The use of a round shaft in the blade increases the resistance of the blades against strong air currents on the damper.
- The movement of blades can be designed both mutually and parallel.
- Upon request, the dampers made with the size of 1 x 1 meter are tested for the damper leakage test in the damper leakage test line in the factory under the working pressure of 2000 pascal, and the relevant test report is provided along with the items.
- The use of air sealing metal strips with a special design in the wall of these dampers greatly increases the sealing percentage of the damper (custom production)
