Zent is a four-season HVAC central air conditioner. Zent is composed of the first letters of the three words winter, half, and summer, it means the four seasons of the system. Zent is a device whose structure is designed from two main parts of the cooling system, the water cooler and a heating part that consists of a heating coil. Zent is a very simple system that is used for the air conditioning of residential buildings, offices, commercial buildings, and industrial workshops. Zent's working mechanism uses the evaporative cooling process in the hot season, like water coolers, and also in the cold season, like an air conditioner, a heating coil is used for heating.
Zent can be used for providing cooling and heating to residential houses, and public and industrial environments in dry and temperate regions. In Sharjah areas, it is usually not possible to use the evaporation system. This device can be designed and produced vertically or horizontally according to the area or installation location of the client.
Components of Zent device:
• Blower fan: The fan used in the Zent system is usually a double forward fan or cooling fan that can transfer a large volume of air into the outlet channels.
• Circulation pump: using a circulation pump or the so-called cooler pump in the Zent device, water is transferred from the pan to the cellulose pads. The impeller and shaft of this pump are inside the water and its motor is outside the water. Water nozzles: by using a collector in the Zent device, water reaches the cellulose pads in several ways, and the nozzles on the V-shaped pad have a large number of holes so that the water is evenly distributed on the cellulose pads.
• Cellulose pads: Cellulose pads in the Zent device are a 7-10 cm screen with waves in different sizes, which is usually made of graft paper. Cellulose pads are more efficient than pushed and have a longer lifespan.
• Air inlet valve: the required air of the Zent device is supplied from two different modes of fresh air and return air.
• Heating coil: The coil is made of copper tubes with fins, which are usually placed behind the fan in the Zent device
