The basis of operation of this type of converters is based on the principle of two fluids with different temperatures passing by each other. The plates in the exchanger take over the heat exchange between two fluids.

Dimensions and size

Due to its high efficiency, the dimensions and volume of plate converters are about 80% smaller than other types such as shell & tube, therefore, in terms of installation, service and repairs, as well as the design of the structure at height, it is very important and helps to reduce costs.

Due to the high eddy current, the formation of deposits on the surfaces of the converter is very low, and the service time and useful life of the Nesit converter is much longer than other types. Also, due to the simple mechanism and light weight, periodic maintenance and repairs can be done with minimal cost.
Washer heat exchangers

This type is one of the most common types of plate converters, in which the converter plates are separated from each other with special washers. The plates are placed between two metal frames and tightened by long screws from the surrounding and form the converter assembly. These converters have a maximum working pressure of 20 Bar and a working temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
