Cellulose Pad

Using the cellulose pad cooling system with a fan (industrial fan) is the most common cooling method in greenhouses and poultry houses. Since this method is a subcategory of evaporative cooling, it is more recommended to use it in dry and mountainous areas. In this method, the only air inlet of the hall should be the vents at the end of the hall (the end wall or the end of the side walls) that are covered with padded frames. The ventilators must also be installed on the opposite side. Ventilators create negative pressure inside the hall by exhausting the air inside the hall, and the only way to compensate for this pressure is to inject air from outside the hall. Since the air inlets are covered with moist cellulose pads, the inlet air must pass through the pores of the pads and it loses its heat in contact with the moisture present in the fibers of the pad, and air with a lower temperature than the outside environment enters. It becomes a hall.

Technical specifications of cellulose pad:

All aluminum or galvanized frame made by the most equipped CNC punching and breaking machines

Very high quality Finnish pad
Screw structure and fully dismountable
Patented two-way drippers for use in cellulose pads

Cellulose pad and frame system components

Galvanized cellulose frame (including two columns, bottom stud, top stud, cover)
Two-way fine water
High quality cellulose pad with Finnish paper
Peg and nut connections

Cellulose pad features with galvanized hook

The difference between Kolak Gostar Yazd frame and pad system with other brands is that columns made of thick galvanized sheet are installed in Kolak frames at intervals of 180 cm (if there are only two upper and lower rails in common frames) ) The presence of columns makes the pads maintain their physical characteristics and geometric shape and prevents them from falling flat.

Another unique feature of the blizzard pad and frame system is the presence of patented two-way drips. The unique design of these water droplets makes all surfaces of the pad get completely wet.

Applications of cellulose pads
Cellulose pad is the best choice:

Livestock and poultry industries (poultry farms)
Agricultural industry and especially industrial greenhouses
Textile Industry
Power generation industry to use for pre-cooling the turbine of power generation plants
Facilities and air conditioner industries
