The office chair is a chair designed for use at the desk of the offices. Usually these seats are rotational seats that are comfortable to move and can be adjusted to their height. In a modern office chair, a single, weight-bearing stand (sometimes called a gas jack) is placed under the chair. This base is divided into a smaller base at the bottom and near the ground, usually wheelchairs and called castor. An administrative chair was invented in the mid-nineteenth century where more workers were sitting in a sitting position and had special features that ordinary seats lacked these features.
