Bandar emam Petrochemical Company is an Iranian petrochemical company, which operates in the field of producing chemicals, aromatics, polymers and LPG.

This company was formed in 1352 by the partnership of National Iranian Petrochemical Industries Company and Mitsui Company under the name of Iran and Japan Petrochemical Company, but in 1365 following the withdrawal of Mitsui Company from the complex construction project, all its shares were bought by National Iranian Petrochemical Industries Company and Its name was changed to Bandaramam Petrochemical Company.

The main products of the petrochemical industry such as ethylene, propylene, butadiene, benzene, toluene and xylenes are produced in this complex and mainly intermediate products and final products such as light polyethylene, heavy polyethylene, synthetic rubber, polyvinyl chloride, paraxylene. and MTBE are converted.
