Therefore, in order to prevent such complications, the gas is heated before reaching the regulator, which is done by the Water Bath Heater. The heater consists of three main parts: coil, fire tube and shell. The heater body is filled with a mixture of distilled water and antifreeze. Fire pipes are embedded in the body and heat the water. The incoming gas from the station enters the coil through the heater inlet pipes and is heated after exchanging heat with the hot water around the coil. The heated gas leaves the heater and enters the station. The fuel for the heater burner is supplied by a branch from the station's exhaust gas. The control system in the heater will shut off the fuel input to the heater or create environmental alarms at the required time by controlling the temperature of the gas exiting the heater and also controlling the water level in the heater body.
