Design and manufacture of parts

Phoenix Technical and Engineering Company, by using the knowledge of its engineering and manufacturing unit specialists, has been able to produce the parts needed by the vital industries of the country with detailed planning in the technical engineering design unit and manufacturing unit.

Among these, we can mention the production of some key parts of railway, marine, power plant and drilling equipment industries.

Product design in Phoenix engineering unit is done in two ways:

1- Using technical information and construction plans of the employer

In this method, first the sample (F.A.I) is produced according to the customer's technical documents. Then the desired tests such as dimensional checks with digitizer and CMM devices and checking mechanical properties are performed. Finally, after receiving the approval of the sample, the mass production process begins.

2- Using the reverse engineering method

In this method, the Phoenix engineering team models the point cloud file of the part with mechanical design software by studying the performance of the part and adjacent parts in the set, as well as reviewing the material analysis and studying the technical specifications, using a digitizer (optics) device. . After dynamic and static analysis of parts and material analysis, two-dimensional construction plan is prepared.

In Phoenix Technical and Engineering Company, according to the function and material of the part, all kinds of casting and forging molds are designed and manufactured as follows:

- Casting

Sand Casting, Investment Casting, Permanent Mold Casting

- Forge

Forging with an open mold (Open Die Forging) Forging with a closed mold (Impression Die Forging)

In order to design the mold, first, according to the three-dimensional model of the desired parts or assemblies, taking into account the production process (casting, forging) and the material of the parts, the three-dimensional model of the mold, design, and after analyzing the melting process and analyzing the strength of the mold with soft ProCast and Ansys software, the mold design is finalized.
