Mometasone

This medicine is prescribed to control your illness. Do not use it in similar cases or recommend it to others.

Before taking
Tell your doctor if you have any of the following before taking your medicine:

History of allergy to the drug or any of the constituents of the drug
Infection or ulcer in the nose
The history of nose surgery
Taking corticosteroid medications topically in the eye or nose and injectable
If you have other illnesses, such as tuberculosis, viral infection and fibroscopic infection

Dosage
The usual dose of this medicine is as follows:

For the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), permanent loss of symptoms such as runny nose and nasal congestion, sneezing and nasal congestion:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Two sprays per nostril once a day
In children ages 6 to 11 years: A spray in every nostril, once a day

For the treatment of nasal polyps in adults and children over the age of 18: Each spray is in any nostril once a day.


side effects
Wheezing or breathing problems, glaucoma and cataracts, headache, sneezing, nose bleeding, sore throat, flavor and taste changes, decreased growth in children

Consumption in pregnancy and lactation
Group C
It is not permitted to take this medicine during pregnancy and lactation, except with the advice of the doctor.

Recommended tips at time of use
1- Take the medicine regularly and complete the treatment period.
2. Do not take more than the prescribed medication.
3. Avoid sudden discontinuation of medication without a doctor's notice.
4. Avoid contact with the eye.
5- Clean the nasal cavity before using the nasal spray.
6. Remove the spray cap on the spray head, hold the spray in the shape, then bend the head slightly forward. Put the amniocentus into one of the nostrils and block the nose with the hand, the other hole. While breathing breathlessly from the nose and mouth (at the tail), push the spray to the end. Repeat this procedure for another nose hole. After use, place the spray cap in place.
7. If you forget a dose of medication, remember to take it as soon as you remember it, but if you take the next dose, it's time to ignore the forgotten appointment and do not double the next dose.
Note: When you use the spray for the first time or have not used it for a while, evacuate a teaspoon in the air from the eye before taking it. Wash the spray (actuator) piece of plastic, however, as soon as needed, with lukewarm water and then dry.

Maintenance
- Keep the medicine in the box and keep it at a temperature below 30 ° C and freeze it.
- Place the container containing the medicine in a standing position.
- Shake well before use.
- After each use, close the container cap.
- Medication can be used after first use for up to two months.
Keep out of the reach of children.
