Beik Sanat oven

The rotary oven is one of the main machines needed in every bakery and confectionary and is considered by many to be the heart of the workshop.
RO6080 model inverter has been designed and produced in the Beik Sanat engineering unit with the aim of providing a reliable, durable device with the best quality and performance and at the same time the highest energy efficiency. This oven provides ideal conditions for uniform baking of all types of bread and pastries by continuously monitoring the condition of the baking chamber.
Advantages and general specifications
Equipped with an optimal combustion system, made of heat-resistant alloy, which reduces fuel consumption, increases the speed of reaching the cooking temperature, increases thermal efficiency, and increases the lifespan of the furnace.
Equipped with a steam generator system with a special design to increase the amount of steam and reduce water consumption
It has a unique rotating system with gentle rotation to create uniform cooking
It has a compact insulation system, in order to reduce heat loss and thus reduce fuel consumption
All internal parts and side walls, made of all steel sheets
Without an entrance ramp for the convenience of the user in entering and exiting the cart
It has smaller dimensions than similar ovens with the same production capacity
