Name of Turmeric Extract: Turmeric

Indications:
Reducing inflammation and relieving joint pains in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, helping maintain joints health.
The mechanism of action:
Phospholipid is a substance naturally occurring in the body's membrane, which is converted into substances that interfere with pain in stages. Bromelin and turmeric with effect on these two stages inhibit the production of mediators of pain.
Other drugs except acetaminophen act with the mechanism of turmeric, namely, COX2 enzyme inhibition.
In turmeric performance studies, the equivalent of diclofenac sodium has been evaluated.
Dosage:
Take 1-2 capsules twice daily with food.
side effects:
Severe unwanted side effects due to bromelin-turmeric intake have not been reported in recommended doses. People who are allergic to pineapple, latex, wheat, celery, papain, carrots, fennel and pollen may also be allergic to bromelin. This supplement in some people can rarely cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin reactions, and bleeding.
Warnings and Precautions:
It is not recommended in hemophilia patients with coagulation problems. If irregular heartbeat and tachycardia, liver and kidney failure, biliary obstruction (gallstones), asthma should be used with caution and under the supervision of a doctor.
In the case of surgery, it is recommended that the supplements be discontinued within two weeks and the rest of the supplement should be started 24-24 hours after the operation.
Interactions:
Bromelin increases the absorption of antibiotics such as amoxicillin and tetracycline.
Taking bromelin-thromic acid with blood thinners, anticoagulants and thrombolytics increases the risk of bleeding.
Pregnancy and lactation:
There is not enough information available on the safe use of Bromelin-Turmeric during pregnancy and lactation.
