Saba Brodet evaporators are manufactured in various sizes and industrial and durable structures in 486 standard models with a capacity of 3.6 to 215 kW and for working in working conditions up to minus 10 degrees Celsius. The design of these evaporators is done by special software. The flexible structure along with the special collector design makes this type of evaporator stand out from the point of view of refrigeration efficiency and minimum pressure drop in the air or refrigerant path.
Galvanized evaporator

Ammonia hot galvanized evaporators produced by Sababorudt factory to be used in various projects for food, agriculture, protein and dairy, transformation industries, gas and petrochemical industries, etc., widely in different capacities and to provide suitable refrigeration load, designed and manufactured with new generation technology in 486 different types from 3.6 kw to 140 kw refrigeration capacity and in compliance with American ARHI standard and are offered to experts, consulting engineers and trustees.

The following well-known standards have been observed in the design, manufacture and testing of Saba Refrigeration evaporators:

Application:

Evaporators are designed in four types of ceiling hanging, wall hanging, 45 degree and standing for all kinds of cold storages and freezing tunnels with the supply of special axial fans.

Evaporators are designed and produced for cooling from -10°C to -50°C and with one of the following feeding methods:

Circulation with pump system with ammonia or HCFC refrigerant
Gravity type with ammonia or HCFC refrigerant
With thermal expansion valve with ammonia or HCFC refrigerant
with a circulation pump as a refrigerant or secondary fluid (brine)

Basic capacity:

The basic capacity in the tables of this catalog is obtained according to the following points:

Evaporation temperature -10°
Pump feeding type with ammonia refrigerant
Humidity compared to specific temperature SHR=0.75 and wet coil
The difference between the evaporation temperature and the average room temperature is C° DT=10
To ventilate the suction from the inside

Stainless steel evaporator

Safari Saba stainless steel evaporators are produced with a special tube bundle design (STAGGERED) in the air path and a mechanical expander with a continuous fin distance from 6 to 15 mm. Aluminum fins with Smooth sine wave design have given significant efficiency to these evaporators.
Saba steel type evaporators can be pumped or expanded (DX) or gravity, and can be used with a variety of refrigerants such as ammonia and R22. Also, according to the industrial structure, they can be used with all secondary solutions (brine) for special applications. All electrofans installed on Saba evaporators made in Western Europe and two rounds, with IP55 class F protection degree, have thermistor which provides the best conditions for keeping the goods.

- Using the mechanical expand method to resist thermal stresses
- Special design of the pan for defrosting with high efficiency and preventing freezing of the pan and quick draining of water caused by defrosting.
Automatic bending of evaporator tubes without double widths and wrinkles under the control of the QC unit
