The mechanism of the work
Sulfasalazine is a combination of anti-inflammatory drugs (sulfanamide) and anti-inflammatory drugs (liba aminosalicylic acid) that are broken down by intestinal bacteria into sulfapiridine and mesalazine (5-ASA). It appears to be more important than anti-inflammatory, mesalazine or (5-ASA).
Warnings
side effects
Nausea, anorexia, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, general discomfort, such as: weakness and tiredness, pallor and allergic reactions such as fever and skin rash.
Drug interactions

Sulfasalazine may inhibit the hepatic metabolism of anticoagulant drugs and cause them to be displaced from Pro connective areas and, as a result, increase the anticoagulant effect of these drugs.

Concomitant intake with anti-acids may cause prematurely dissolving coated tablets, resulting in systemic absorption and increased risk of drug poisoning.

When used concurrently with oral hypoglycemic agents (sulfonylureas), it can increase the blood glucose lowering effect.

Consumption in pregnancy and lactation

Sulfasalazine should not be used in children less than 2 years of age. If you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, be sure to consult your doctor.

Sulfasalazine should not be used at the end of pregnancy and during lactation.
