Genexol

Genxol contains a complex of Taxol as the main active ingredient. Samihang began its research on mass production of drugs in 1989 by plant cell cultures and in 1998, it received approval from the FDA of Korea. Each ml of sterile non-aqueous jetxol solution contains 6 mg of paclitaxel, 50% of ELP (purified) cream and 50% of alcohol for intravenous infusion.

Uses

Jetxol is an anti neoplastic or anticancer drug.
It is used alone or simultaneously with other medications to treat cancer of the ovary, breast, lung cancer and gastric cancer.
This medicine should be infused by your doctor or under your direct supervision.

Actions and information before taking the drug
Warnings:

Jinsaxol should be infused under the supervision of a physician experienced in the field of chemotherapy drugs.
Jenx vole should be diluted before use.
To prevent the possible occurrence of severe allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, and ... all patients should undergo pre-treatment prior to injection.
Inhibition of bone marrow is a limiting factor in the use of this drug, so during the use of the genes, the patient's blood cell count should be monitored regularly.
Cardiac complications are very rare in paclitaxel but should be treated appropriately and monitored if any cardiac conduction side effects occur during injection.

Jetxol should not be used in the following cases:

Patients who have a history of severe hypersensitivity to paclitaxel or other cream-containing medicines.
Patients with a very low number of white blood cells or platelets.
Patients with infectious discomfort.
Pregnant women or women who are likely to become pregnant.
Patients with Kaposi's AIDS-related sarcoma and neutrovirus less than mm3 / cells1000

Jetxol should be used with caution in the following patients:

Patients with bone marrow suppression
Patients with liver function impairment
Patients with renal impairment
Elderly patients
Patients who are allergic to alcohol.
Patients with interstitial pneumonia with lung fiber
