Colostrum pasteurizer

The colostrum pasteurizer manufactured by Nasr company has simplified the process of this operation, because this pasteurizer has the ability to choose containers with the desired volume, taking into account the importance that each calf should be fed colostrum in three meals during the day and at the rate of 10% of its weight.

These steel containers are designed in such a way that it is easy to pour colostrum into them after milking and freeze it with different methods, and at the appointed time put them in the colostrum pasteurizer to melt and pasteurize and feed it to the calf with the teat that is installed on the lid of the container.

The colostrum pasteurizer has the following working process:

The pasteurizer device uses an automatic element panel to heat the water in the tub of the device and creates steam with a temperature of 60 degrees in the walls.
By turning on the signal light, the pasteurizer announces that the temperature is ready for placing the containers containing colostrum and starting the pasteurization operation.
The pasteurizer operation starts by placing steel containers that have an inner nylon layer that prevents colostrum fat from sticking to the walls in the colostrum pasteurizer.
After starting, the device keeps the colostrum at 60 degrees for about 90 minutes, which reduces the microbial load by preserving the hemoglobin and performs the pasteurizer operation, and after this time, it automatically turns on the thermostat.
When the thermostat is turned on, the cooling operation is started and the colostrum temperature is reduced in 25 minutes to 37-40 degrees, which is close to the mother's body temperature, and the end of the pasteurizer operation is announced when the siren sounds.
