aluminum foil

Aluminum foil is the most efficient in the packaging industry, but hundreds of other unique uses of aluminum foil have led to the increasing use of this product in home use, from baking to freezing food in recent decades to consuming aluminum foil as one. It is used extensively in cooking, especially in industrial kitchens. Thicknesses of 1 to 2 microns are generally used for household and food purposes. Packaging in lengths, widths and weights of our dear customers is available at Gilan Plast Company.

Aluminum foil production method

Aluminum foil is obtained by converting aluminum melt into aluminum foil and then rolling the foil repeatedly until it reaches the desired thickness. To achieve the desired thickness, the thickness reduction control is examined continuously by passing the beta beam. In order to produce aluminum foil, Aluminum becomes harder and harder during the manufacturing process, so it must be softened during heat treatment to allow it to be used for further use. Sufficient for this purpose, this operation completely evaporates the residual oil from the rolling process. And the surface of the aluminum foil becomes oil-free and printable. The rolls are then cut to the required width and used. The aluminum foil has a natural hardness on its surfaces. The presence of a transparent layer of aluminum oxide on the surface prevents re-oxidation of the surface, resulting in a consistent and durable surface quality in many applications. Aluminum foil is a very thin layer with a thickness of 2.5 to 3.5 mm of aluminum, which is made of special rolls in special alloys. In special applications and packaging applications, one of the most important features of aluminum foil is its impermeability to water vapor and gases.
