All steam boilers manufactured by Bohar Niro Company are produced according to international standards BS2790 and national standard 4231, which are designed and manufactured under the supervision of Iran Quality and Standard Inspection Company and are provided with a quality control plate and standard mark.
The production system is made as a wet rear with a working pressure of 6, 8, 10 bar. The capacity of steam boilers is from 100Kg/h to 10000Kg/h and the design temperature is 250 degrees Celsius.
Installation of steam boilers with multiple manholes and handholes enables access to the surface of the tubes and the furnace, which makes this service - descaling and repair easy for the consumer. The electrodes used for penetration and complementary welding are E6010 and E7018, which are used in accordance with the relevant PQR and WPS. All the flanges used are of standard PN16 type. The design and construction of the boiler doors are hinged and openable, which makes possible repairs of the boiler easier. Proper insulation by stone wool and aluminum or steel cover (according to the buyer's request) prevents heat loss and while protecting the boiler against moisture and all external factors, adds to the beauty of the installation site. It has high efficiency and reliability, and the presence of pressure control switches and safety valves, as well as a fountain glass for visual control and a siren maximizes the safety risk of the device.
