Kahak Food Co., Shahiyad Commercial Co., was established in 1349 to provide food for families and obtaining official permission for composting from the capital's municipality, under the direction and management of Mr. Karim Ahmadi and established in the Sohan neighborhood of Tehran.

In 1997, with increasing demand for supply of goods, as well as a plan for the development and improvement of product quality, the management sought to set up a Kuhak factory in a land area of 7000 m in the city of Safadasht Mellard and, in addition to working policies and a trend toward single product production, To produce high quality lemon juice and a variety of packaging.

In line with the ambitious efforts of high-qualified personnel and high-quality products in 2002, we succeeded in obtaining the first indispensable symbol of the national standard for lemon juice in Iran. In 2008, we succeeded in obtaining the first standard sign of lemonade standard and in order to increase the level of satisfaction of consumers in the year. 2010 was awarded with the international certificate ISO 9001/2008 and HACCP.
