The company was initially established under the name "Chemical Rehavard Tamin" on November 11, 2013 as a "special stock" and was registered in Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office under number 233566. According to the changes made in the company's articles of association, based on the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders dated July 25, 2013, the name of the company was changed to "Daravii Rahvard Tamin" and at the same time, in article two of the company's articles of association (subject of activity), the words "various forms" The mentioned changes have been registered in the official gazette dated December 7, 2011 under number 19730. The main center of the company is located in "Tehran, Ashrafi Esfahani Highway, after Hemet Bridge, Ponk Alley, Qaim Building, No. 2, Unit 6 and 7 and the factory is in Saveh city, Kaveh industrial town, 17th street.
