The executive operations of the factory started on a 12-hectare land near the sugarcane factory and reached the start-up and operation stage on 22 Bahman 1987.
Considering the ever-increasing growth of the population and the limited pastures and water and soil resources and in line with the use of the potential facilities in the country and in order to achieve self-sufficiency in food production, Karun Animal Feed Production Company (Private Shares) with By using the residues from sugar production and by adding some chemical compounds, as well as fully complying with the technical and sanitary principles, it has produced animal feed with a suitable formula for dairy and fattening animals.
The raw materials of this factory are the brain and stalk of sugarcane after extracting its juice. (bagasse) which, compared to wheat and barley straw, contains twice the protein and three times the crude fat, and is obtained from the remains of the sugarcane process in the Karun sugarcane cultivation and industry factory.
