Mina pharmaceutical laboratory was established in 1330 by Dr. Ahmed Pakrovan at a place on Amirieh St., Ganjai Alley, and in 1348, it was moved to a new location located on Vanak St. The original name of this laboratory was Mina Pharmaceutical Laboratories. This company started operating in 1334. Since Dr. Ahmad Pakrovan was one of the professors of pharmacy at Tehran University, he was able to make use of his scientific experience and invite prominent experts while expanding and developing the field of pharmacy in the country, making his products among the best products in the world. Mina's laboratory is now located in an area of more than 3000 square meters and on two floors, the ground floor is the pharmaceutical section, whose products in the solid section are folic acid tablets, vitamin 6B, Adolet cold, acetaminophen, codeine, quetiapine, naproxen. Somtotropin-Clocodex-Valeric-Minasej and in the liquids section dextromethorphan syrup-dextromethorphan P-diphenhydramine-diphenhydramine compand-acetaminophen oral solution-algesier bromhexine-thyme syrup-thyme syrup without sugar-minaprazine syrup-minoxidil solution 2 and 5 Percent.
It should be remembered that the machines used have been updated with the passage of time and the tablet making department uses the most modern machines. On the upper floor of the laboratory, there is a cosmetic department, which Shahid Beheshti University classifies it as grade A, and it produces all kinds of creams, shampoos, and cosmetic solutions. Among them are caviar face cream, caviar eye cream, caviar body lotion, moisturizing cream, hand and face cream, and all kinds of hair removal creams for men and women. The cosmetics sector owns two famous brands called Prizen and Dermina. Dermina brand has recently entered the market, and in the near future, more cosmetic items will be produced with Dermina brand.
