With the help of Germany's Hansa Chemical Company in the field of technology transfer, and the supply of machinery from Lorgi Company and Komiton Company's reactor, this factory was built near Qazvin, and it was finally put into operation in 1368, and under the supervision of German experts, the relevant technology was provided to engineers.
