Ø Department for borosilicate glass tube, rod and its related glassblowing articles
We started to manufacture Borosilicate 3.3 colored and clear glass piping, rod (Vello & Danner) and its related glassblowing articles since 1994 through the import of Japanese NEG and Germany Appliance & Technology. Now we have the annual ability to draw the glass jar over 150, 000 metric tons, which makes us the leading Chinese manufacture in this field. Thanks to our dynamic process improvements, we have drawn glass jars with highly precise dimensions in China.
We also redesign (secondary processing on pipeline) high precision bore glass & quartz tube for optoelectronic, fiber optic telecommunications, medical and other specialty applications.
Furthermore, we make scientific laboratory glassware, heat-resistant glass tea & bong coffee sets, glass water pipes, glass baby leading bottles, lamp glass shells and other glassblowing products.
Ø Borosilicate molded glassware department
Because of our expertise in electrically fused glass oven control technology, we are installing a new factory in 2001 to make heat resistant baking dishes, saucepans, food storage glass jars and others which are oven, microwave, freezer (fridge), dishwasher free.
Now we have around 5, 000 metric tons annual capability.
Ø Pharmaceutical glass packaging department
From the year 1996 we are engaged in pharmaceutical glass packing industry, produce zero borosilicate pharmaceutical glass jar USP TYPE I, tubular glass vial & ampoule, glass cassette, prefillable glass syringe.
Now we have annual sales of around US $ thirty million.
Ø Department of lamp lighting glass
In 1999, we set up factory for manufacturing lamp lighting glass including crown glass jar, lead glass jar, lead free glass jar glass lid, lamp & lantern / shade / shell / ball / chimney
Ø Department of daily consumer glassware
In 2005 we expanded our production to include cosmetic glass containers, glass kitchenware and tableware.
Especially, we have successfully developed flat floated borosilicate 3.3 glass sheet and glass-ceramic which enjoys a good reputation in the United States and Europe.
