Strong manufacturing capacity and high standard quality control
With an installed capacity of 2, 280 tons per day, makes us able to produce glass bottles and containers in flint, super flint, green, amber color.
When it comes to Unipack glass, quality is of the essence.
First on the IS machine happens immediately after the bottle is made. Here the line server, with the quality control controller, does hot end sampling for dimensional tests.
Hot-end product rejection is an automatic process to ensure the quality of bottles after mopping bottles. First, the bottles are placed in an annealing room where they are gradually heated and de-stressed when cooled.
The bottles then pass through a series of automatic and camera inspection checks by equipment such as M, mcal, Veritas and VISIGLAS. Check these machines for body defects, neck ends, air bubbles, foreign bodies etc.
The bottles are then automatically sealed and a sample of the packed bottles is put through a QA process to check for defects.
The container used for transportation is fumigated and also checked for cleanliness and hygiene before filling.

With manufacturing facilities in northern China, Unipack Glass is able to produce glass at significantly lower costs than its competitors in other parts of the world and deliver a sustainable cost advantage to customers.
Decoration services and accessories
Equipped with 4 American high-speed STRUTZ3 printers, 2 Dutch ROSARIO3 printers, 1 Italian automatic six-color RB-4/6 printer and 6 automatic packing tapes enable us to make the quality decoration of the bottles. At the same time, we also have lines as decal, frosting, gilding, which can meet the specific requirements of our customer needs.
Our partners include closures, labels as well as packaging machinery manufacturers, allowing us to deliver completely custom packaging.
