VTS is a professional supplier for high quality castings and forging. Our castings cover ductile iron castings, gray iron castings, and precision castings formed by green sand, DISA, resin sand, lost foam rubber, water glass sand and lost wax casting processes. We can perform non-destructive testing and CMM testing for the products.
We are a shareholder in a professional model system. We assign our engineer to oversee all the processes from process design, pattern making, trial-producing, sample testing to small production runner. By doing this we can significantly short the developing time and also ensure a huge percentage of the run for initial samples. At the batch builder level, it's another turn of engineer and inspector, one is in charge of technical support and another is in charge of pre-shipment inspection.
