We have invested and set up the following branches: Shandong Xinda Luxin Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd, Shandong Xinda Luxin Waterproof Engineering Co., Ltd, Shandong Luxin Biotechnology & Energy Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Luxin Building Materials Co., Ltd. and possess Shandong and Jiangsu production bases; meanwhile, we own and operate branch offices in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai; additionally, more than 200 contracted brokers dotted in China, and 500 contracted after-sales service partners are working for us.
The company has invested more than RMB30 million and have completed 2 R & D centers in Shandong and Jiangsu production bases respectively; we have also entered into tight relations with Qinghua University as our technical supporter.
Our main products range from SBS / APP,PVC / TPO waterproof membranes to corresponding accessories, single / double component polyurethane coatings etc., totally around 100 items; our products apply to the following waterproof buildings, such as :roof of building, tunnel, channel, culvert, parking lot, planting roof, cellar, metro-stop, harbor, basement, irrigation / drainage works, steel frameworks, sewage, landfill, chemical and metallurgy, grain-depot, cistern, fountain etc.
We are invited to draft the GB standards of China on waterproof materials, and being one of the drafters; our polymer waterproof membrane boasts the high quality / fine physical property both in China domestic waterproof circles and abroad; we have been successful to cooperate with more than 100 China famous top enterprises, and involved in the waterproof construction items of highway / high-speed rail.
