We own serial items of static electret charging technology, including customized formula with electret masterbatch, patented high-voltage chargers with specially developed charging panels. The filter cloth has a high filtration efficiency with a lower penetration pressure and can keep the electrostatic function stable for a long time.
PBT Melt Blown Liquid Filter Media: We have modified raw PBT resin to significantly improve its melting properties in the melt blown process. It is considered an ideal fuel filter medium and widely used for oil filters in automobiles due to its high temperature usage and stable chemical property.
We produce meltblown nonwovens which are mainly used as filter media in the application of air filtration and cleaning. We specialize in meltblown technology and have more than 12 years of experience in the manufacture of meltblown nonwovens. We have developed our own electret chargers and electret masterbatch to achieve higher filtration efficiency and lower air penetration pressure with our nonwovens. Our factory has two automatic production lines for PP nonwovens and one production line for PBT material. PP nonwovens made from meltblown are suitable for medium to highly efficient filters, from F5 - F9 standard to H10 - H12 standard. PBT meltblown nonwovens can be used in the manufacture of fuel and oil filters.
We can also source other non-woven filter media from China supplier to meet your requirement of panel filters, bag filters, rigid bag filters and HEPA filters if possible.
