In 1991 Ingeborg and Michael Schwarzwälder founded the organic farm. The family business combines the 3 areas of agriculture, farm bakery and farm dairy. The Taubenheim parish, 10 km south of Meißen, is already being farmed in the 2nd generation according to the guidelines of the Gäa e.V.

The farm's own grain is processed in the farm bakery into a diverse range of organic baked goods. The baking grain is ground in the nearby water mill of the Bartsch family in Miltitz.
The farm dairy processes the milk from its own cows into drinking milk and other dairy products.
The parish products are delivered daily to health food stores, consumer groups and health food stores in Dresden and the surrounding area. Since 2006, the responsibility for agriculture (approx. 200 ha) has been in the hands of Sophia and Jaroslaw Sucholas.
In the year of the 25th anniversary of the organic farm, Ingeborg Schwarzwälder handed over the farm bakery and dairy to her daughters Almuth Krenkel, Sophia Sucholas and their son-in-law Jaroslaw Sucholas. The three of you run Pfarrgut Taubenheim GmbH & Co. KG.
