In every company, questions arise at some point about the really important things that are not so visible in the operational business (with us: sell a lot of soulbottles and thus support drinking water projects, yeah!).

For example: how do we work together? How are decisions made? What does “leadership” mean for us? What happens if there is a disagreement? We want to work together appreciatively and still remain efficient. We want to be able to show ourselves as a whole person, with everything that is there, and still take our tasks really seriously and move things forward massively. Instead of quitting internally and waiting longingly for the weekend - nothing against the weekend. We want to be as honest with each other as soulbottles are plastic-free (psst: 100% plastic-free). And express this honesty - as best we can - free of judgment and with appreciation. We want that leadership not be taken over by a few, but that everyone can start autonomously in their areas with an entrepreneurial spirit.
With clear, reliable processes that ensure that suggestions for improvement - regardless of who they come from - become meaningful and concrete changes.
