About us :
Dieter Schütte Blech- und Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Trappenkamp in 1974. In order to provide our customers with competitive products, investments in technical equipment as well as the training and qualification of our employees have always been important to us. Today more than 30 employees manufacture on a production area of more than 3000m² with modern machinery. These include, for example, two Trumpf lasers, three press brakes as well as a CNC-controlled swivel bending system, a 3D Amada laser welding robot, a butt spot, spot welding devices and modern welding technology for the production of welded assemblies. Our construction department, a grinding shop with a brush and long belt sander and our own paint shop complete the offer. Our customers can therefore obtain the complete product, i.e. design, development, production and finishing including assembly work from a single source. As a specialist welding company, we employ not only a specialist welding engineer and welding specialists, but also experienced and certified welders. Since the certified welding of assemblies is particularly important for many of our customers, our certifications (DIN EN 1090-2 EXC2, 2303 Q1 BK2, 15085 Part 2 CL2) also apply to welding process No. 52, laser welding.
