Original natural landscapes, down-to-earthness, inventive talent and of course regional culinary delicacies such as spaetzle and noodles are associated with Swabia. This is the home of ALB-GOLD pasta.
The headquarters of the family company is located on the Swabian Alb, south of Stuttgart. It emerged from a chicken farm that was directly marketed and founded by Franz Freidler in 1968 at the gates of Trochtelfingen. Meanwhile Irmgard Freidler and her two sons Oliver and André - the third generation - run the business. Values such as credibility, sustainability and traceability are deeply anchored in the company philosophy and are lived daily in pasta production.
WE SET STANDARDS
The joy of innovation is immense. With the customer center, the nature garden and with new pasta and production forms, we are pioneers in many areas. Our products are high quality, pure and valuable food. We do without artificial additives and reject the use of genetically modified raw materials out of deep conviction. We guarantee this with the “Ohne Gentechnik” seal on our packaging.
OUR MISSION
ALB-GOLD acts according to the principles of sustainability. The basic values for this are the 17 goals for sustainable development of the United Nations.
