Khuzestan Cement Factory in the southwest of Iran and east of Khuzestan province has been constructed on an area of 100 hectares in the region of Dhaneh Dena, 22 km from Ramhorbe Road, Hafgol, 112 km from the provincial capital (Ahwaz) and at a height of 387 to 394 meters above sea level.
The registration of the company took place on the 20th of September, 1368 and under the number 77801 at the General Directorate of Registration of Companies and Industrial Property of Tehran and in the form of joint stock companies. With the aim of supplying the required cements in the province in 1993, the operation of the province was closed and this project On the 15/12/1376, the capacity of the daily climber was 3000 tons per day.
In 2004, in pursuance of the implementation of Article 44, and by applying the privatization policy, 96% of the shares of this company were purchased by Holding Fars and Khuzestan from the construction company, which was considered the largest privatization deal at that time.
