Iran Khodro Sazan Sazan Industrial Co. was established in 1343 in Tehran, Iran.
Since the original statute of the company defined its main activity as production and assembly of buses and minibuses, the company was initially registered as a "joint stock company of the Bus Manufacturers of Iran", producing buses and minibuses, and then became a corporation after the revolution. Khodroosazan Company changed its name and in 2000 due to a major acquisition of its shareholding by Iran Khodro Investment Expansion Company, it was renamed to Khodro Iran Axis Industrial Company and became one of the subsidiaries of Iran Khodro Industrial Group.
Iran Khodro Motors Manufacturing Company changed its mission in 1994 and moved to minibus production lines with Zamyad Company to produce Paykan axle and in the following years produced axle types of light and geared cars. It goes on.
The company consists of engineering, technical services, commercial affairs, quality assurance and control, organizational and system engineering, human resources, public relations, security, finance and planning.
