As swanky as its name is the wonderfully creamy consistency. This cheese is very reminiscent of a classic butter cheese, just as it was chewed before. With a ripening period of about eight weeks, he already develops a distinctly fine character. Due to its shape, it is also particularly suitable for cutting slices.
As is usual in our house, this cheese is also cared for by hand with salt water during the entire ripening period. As a suitable wine, we recommend a Sauvignon blanc.
