Whey butter with herbs
The cream obtained from hay milk sweet whey is traditionally buttered in a butter churn and then formed into a roll by hand and packed.
The whey cream butter tastes particularly aromatic in combination with selected garden herbs and fine spices. The special feature of our whey cream butter is its content of omega-3 fatty acids.

The butter should be stored in the refrigerator at around 8°C. The hand-rolled shape is also good for slicing.
