Its secret: the intensely aromatic mountain milk. Where the icy winters are long and snowy, the strong herbs grow all the greener and more resilient. The natural raw milk from cows, fed only with the grass and hay of the mountain pastures, is still processed by hand by our cheesemakers to the best Jura Montagne.
Through the care and rest for six to ten months in our catacombs, the unique, wild and spicy taste unfolds - a piece of intensive enjoyment of nature is perfect.
