WALSER PRIDE Our organic cheese

WALSERSTOLZ Our organic cheese is a mountain cheese that is made by hand exclusively in the organic dairy Marul and individual Alps from daily fresh, organic grass and hay milk.

In addition to the high-quality raw material, the long maturing period also gives it its perfect taste: WALSERSTOLZ Our organic cheese is matured professionally for at least eight months under optimal conditions. Only cheese wheels that meet the strict quality criteria receive the WALSERSTOLZ seal after the maturing process is complete.

Emphatically creamy scent, at the same time aromas such as citrus fruits, pineapple and flower meadows convey a lot of freshness and vigour. The cheese is solid on the palate with a compact, crumbly texture and a mix of malt, light caramel and citrus notes again.
