WALSER PRIDE Our spicy

WALSERSTOLZ is a mountain cheese that is traditionally handcrafted exclusively in Großwalsertal alpine dairies and Alps from fresh grass and hay milk.

In addition to the high-quality raw material, the long maturation period also gives it its perfect taste: WALSERSTOLZ Our spicy beer is professionally matured for at least twelve months under optimal conditions. Only rarely is mountain cheese matured for so long. This includes a lot of experience and good specialist knowledge and of course a lot of love for the product. Only cheese wheels that meet the strict quality criteria receive the WALSERSTOLZ seal after the maturing process is complete.

This cheese is colorful and lively with notes of citrus fruits, pineapple, passion fruit and cream. It feels pleasantly crumbly and melting on the palate and conveys an attractive complexity and unobtrusive depth.
