Varnish machine this model is designed to make varnish rolling to the alternator rotor. The fixture is with 2 sides holding, with the peumatic cylinder assistance for the loading/unloading, the operator can assembly the rotor to the fixture easily.

The varnish rolling tank connected to the outside varnish tank, which is cooling down by the water cooler.

All steps are PLC controlled and with automation except loading/unloading
