Forecast plan:
Perfect the process
(1) Orgnize the different person in charge for client development and wait for client by personality
(2) Perfect and regulate the business procedure including bid, feedback tracking, production and update process, shipment update process (delivery and arrival) after the shipment arrival situation check.
(3) Orgnize weekly / monthly conversation with customers for the lacquer runner situaiton.
(4) Establish official annual report to customers one by one (including done income, the problem and solution, forecast improvement and cooperation)
