Coil winding machine is designed for the coils used in transformer etc.
CNC controller, 10 axis (wire feeding, spindle, wire arraying, winding, free axis-6), the forming part is completed by free axis cooperation.
Wire feeding is of servo system which is controlled individually, can feeding the wire by single or multiply times at any required length.
Turn core device locates in central panel which is controlled individually, can achieve 360o CW/CCW rotation.
Winding axis is installed on the wire arraying axis, which has 2 groups servo motor work sychronously.So that it can make CW/CCW winding, dense winding, variable pitch winding,they cooperates with free axis, it can achieve single layer, multi-layers winding etc.
