Soft butter: 90 grams
Egg: 1 pc
Warm milk: 10 tablespoons (80 grams)
Ingredients needed to prepare the syrup:
Water: half a cup* plus 3 spoons (130 grams)
2.5 tablespoons of sugar (40 grams)
Dough preparation:
Mix the package of yeast in a glass with 8 tablespoons of lukewarm milk (65 grams).
Put the cinnamon roll bread powder in a bowl. Add 50 grams of soft butter, egg and milk mixture with yeast and mix a little. Add the rest of the milk little by little until the dough does not stick to the hands. You may not need to use all the milk.
Knead the mixture well until a soft and uniform dough is obtained. Place the dough in a slightly greased container and put a plastic bag and a wet towel on it and place it in a warm place (35°C) for 1-2 hours until it rises and increases in volume. If the volume does not increase, increase the temperature and fermentation time.
Syrup preparation:
Put the sugar and water in a pot and put it on the heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. After boiling, reduce the heat to let the syrup simmer gently for 5 minutes. Set aside the prepared syrup.
