Royal carrot cake powder

ingredients:
To prepare the cake:
Medium eggs = 4 pcs
Water or milk = 150 grams (three quarters of a cup)
Liquid oil = 120 grams (half a cup plus three tablespoons)
To prepare the cream:
Cold milk = 5 tablespoons
Butter = 100 grams
Cream cheese = 100 grams


Preparation method:
Preparation of royal carrot cake:

- Turn on the gas oven and heat it at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

- Break the eggs in a suitable container. Mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes until puffy and light in color.

- Add water or milk and oil to the eggs and mix for 1 minute with a medium mixer. To create a better taste, you can use 60 grams of butter and 60 grams of oil instead of 120 grams of oil.

- Add the carrot cake powder to the mixture little by little and mix it for 1 to 1.5 minutes with a slow mixer. Keep 1 spoon of powder.

Suggestion: If you wish, you can mix about 50 grams of chopped walnuts with 1 spoon of carrot cake powder and then add to the dough. You can also add 200 grams of grated carrot to the dough for more carrot taste.

- Grease the inner surface of the mold with a small amount of oil and sprinkle a little flour on the bottom. You can put greaseproof paper on the bottom of the mold instead. Use a mold in which the height of the dough is no more than 5 cm.

Pour the dough into the mold. Place the mold in the middle of the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes. After placing the cake in the oven, do not open the oven door for 15 minutes.

- To ensure the cake is fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If the dough does not stick to it, the cake is cooked. After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes in the mold. Then remove it from the mold.


Cream preparation:

Put the butter at room temperature until it is completely soft. Put cream powder in a bowl, add milk and mix with a spoon. Add softened butter and cream cheese and mix for 2 to 3 minutes or on medium speed of an electric mixer until completely smooth. If you use a hand mixer, stir longer until it becomes uniform. If you don't like the salty taste of cream cheese, you can use mascarpone cheese.

- Cut the cake crosswise, so that you have two layers of cake.

- Divide the prepared cream into two parts. Pour a part of the cream on the bottom layer of the cake, spread it completely and smooth it. Place the second layer of the cake on it and cover it completely with the rest of the cream.

Important note: before serving, be sure to keep the carrot cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour so that the cream hardens.
