Saffron cake powder

ingredients :

Eggs: 3 pcs

Liquid oil: 100 grams (half a cup)

Milk or water: 150 grams (three quarters of a cup)


Cake preparation:

Turn on the gas oven and heat it at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Break the eggs in a suitable container. Add milk (or water) and oil to the eggs. Mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes until puffy and light in color.
Add the growth saffron cake powder to the mixture and mix with the medium speed of the mixer for 1 minute until it becomes uniform.
Grease the inner surface of the mold with a small amount of oil and sprinkle a little flour on the bottom. You can put greaseproof paper on the bottom of the mold instead.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Place the mold in the middle of the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes, until the color is almost golden.

Practical tips:

Use a mold in which the height of the dough is no more than 5 cm.
After placing the cake in the oven, do not open the oven door for 15 minutes.
To ensure the cake is fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If the dough does not stick to it, the cake is cooked.
After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the mold.
