Royal Brookie cake powder

(brownie + cookie)

Materials and tools needed to prepare brownies:

1 large egg

75 grams of liquid oil (a third of a cup* plus 1 tablespoon)

30 grams of water (3 tablespoons)

Rectangular mold with dimensions of 26 x 16 cm or square mold with dimensions of 21 x 21 cm

Ingredients for making cookies:

Oven temperature: 165 degrees Celsius / 330 degrees Fahrenheit / Preparation and cooking time: 40 minutes

30 grams of water (3 tablespoons)

Soft butter 50 grams

Cake preparation:

Turn on the gas oven and heat it at 165 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Put the brownie powder in a suitable container. Add 3 spoons of water, oil and egg to it and stir with a spoon until it is completely uniform. The batter of this brownie should be hard and sticky. (If the eggs are not coarse, the brownie batter may be too stiff, in which case, add 1 teaspoon of water.)
Grease the bottom of the mold with oil and sprinkle a little flour, or it is better to use a greaseproof paper on the bottom of the mold.
Pour the dough into the mold. If the dough does not spread easily on the bottom of the mold, wait, during the preparation of the cookie dough, this dough will spread on the bottom of the mold.
Put the cookie powder in another container. Add 3 spoons of water along with soft butter and mix well. Cookie dough should be stiff, avoid adding liquid.
Chop the chocolate finely with a knife and mix it with the dough.
Spoon the cookie dough into small balls in three rows on top of the brownie dough.

Cooking:

Place the mold in the middle of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to insert a brookie, if it comes out almost clean, your brookie is ready. Be careful not to leave it in the oven for too long, because overcooking will cause the brookie to dry out. After placing the cake in the oven, do not open the oven door for 15 minutes.
Remove the brookie from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Now you can serve it.
