Cocoa cake powder

Preparing and baking the cake:

Turn on the gas oven and heat it at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Break the eggs in a suitable container. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes with a high speed mixer until puffy and light in color.
Add milk (or water) and oil to the eggs and mix for 1 minute with a medium mixer.
Add cocoa cake powder to the mixture little by little and mix with a slow mixer for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until it becomes uniform.
Grease the inner surface of the mold with a small amount of oil and sprinkle a little flour on the bottom. You can put greaseproof paper on the bottom of the mold instead.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Place the mold in the middle of the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes.

Practical tips:

Use a mold in which the height of the dough is no more than 5 cm.
After placing the cake in the oven, do not open the oven door for 15 minutes.
To ensure the cake is fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If the dough does not stick to it, the cake is cooked.
After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes in the mold. Then remove it from the mold.
