Vanilla cake powder with cocoa cream

ingredients:
Eggs = 3 pcs
Liquid oil = 100 grams (1/2 cup)
Milk or water = 150 grams (3/4 cups)
To prepare the cream:
Cold milk or water = 80 grams (1/4 cup plus 5 tablespoons)
Preparation method:

Cake preparation:

- Turn on the gas oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) to heat it up.

- Break the eggs in a suitable container. Mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes until fluffy and white.

- Add milk (or water) and oil to the eggs and mix for 1 minute with a medium mixer.

- Add the cake powder little by little to the mixture and mix for about 1 to 1.5 minutes with a slow mixer until it is uniform.

- Grease the inner surface of the mold with a small amount of oil and sprinkle some flour in the mold.

Pour the dough into the mold. Place the mold in the middle of the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes.

Preparation of cream:

Pour the cream powder into the well. Add milk (or water) and mix for 3 minutes with a high speed mixer until it is completely puffed and hard so that the traces of the mixer blades remain on the cream and nothing comes out of it by inverting the container containing the cream.

Suggestion: You can put the prepared cream powder in the freezer for 30 minutes to improve its quality.

Note: The cake with cream should be kept in the refrigerator until use.
