Orange cake powder

ingredients:
Eggs = 3 pcs
Liquid oil = 100 grams (1/2 cup)
Milk or water = 150 grams (3/4 cups)
Preparation method:

- Turn on the gas oven and heat it at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

- Break the eggs in a suitable container. Mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes until puffy and light in color.

- Add milk or water and oil to the eggs and mix for 1 minute with a medium mixer.

Add orange cake powder to the mixture little by little and mix with a slow mixer for 1 to 1.5 minutes until it becomes uniform.

- Grease the inner surface of the mold with a small amount of oil and sprinkle a little flour on the bottom. You can put greaseproof paper on the bottom of the mold instead.

Pour the dough into the mold.

- Put the mold in the middle of the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes, until its color is almost golden.

Practical tips:

- Use a mold in which the height of the dough does not exceed 5 cm.

- After placing the cake in the oven, do not open the oven door for 15 minutes.

- To ensure that the cake is fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If the dough does not stick to it, the cake is cooked.

- After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes in the mold. Then remove it from the mold.
