Martin breadcrumbs with special spices
Ingredients needed to prepare fried chicken:
Chicken fillet or chicken pieces 400 grams
Cold water or milk 100 grams (half a cup)
1 egg
Frying oil as needed
Preparation:
Small chicken fillets are cooked well within 4 to 8 minutes of frying, but if you use large pieces of chicken, half-cook them, or pound them a little until they are thin.
Break the egg in a bowl. Add half a cup of water or cold milk to it and mix. Dip the chicken pieces in the water and egg mixture until all parts are coated.
Pour Martin's breadcrumbs into a container. Remove the fillets one by one from the egg mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs and knead with quick movements of the fingertips until it forms flakes and covers all parts of the fillet. (If the surface of the fillet is empty of breadcrumbs, repeat this process)
Cooking:
Fry the prepared fillets in a lot of hot oil on a medium flame until the desired golden color is obtained. The heat of the flame should be such that the oil boils slowly throughout the frying time and the fillets take about 5 to 10 minutes to be completely cooked.
